Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Popsnap! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24–48] hours. You can track your package directly through our "Track Your Order" page or via the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Popsnap is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at zhaoguixin57@gmail.com within [7] days of the delivery date.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may need photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
